General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between customers and DSwiss. The GTC inform each party of their rights and obligations and ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how the services will be provided. The GTC also include the Service Level Agreement (SLA), which covers our product and support availability and other requirements that guarantee a certain level of service to our customers. If you are a SecureSafe private customer, these terms do not apply to you.
