Customers access the customer area via a secure link, which they receive from the customer advisor, and two-factor authentication without the need for a customer account to log in. Customer advisors are registered by the administrator and log into the customer advisor workspace with their login credentials.
SecureExchange complies with strict data protection regulations to ensure the privacy and digital security of all user data and complies with both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).
Thanks to our zero-knowledge policy, we ensure that only you and persons authorized by you can access data shared via SecureExchange. We ensure the security of your data through end-to-end encryption and the use of state-of-the-art encryption technologies such as AES-256.
SecureExchange's out-of-the-box solution allows you to add a recipient on the end customer side via the admin portal. You can also use this to distribute customer advisors to customers; you also have the option of defining deputies by assigning a deputy and thus ensuring seamless case processing.
However, it is also possible to add more than one recipient to an Exchange via the API.
SecureExchange allows the exchange of all file formats and file sizes of up to 2GB. The integrated file preview supports viewing and commenting on PDF files, as well as common image files (JPG, PNG). Your customers can fill out PDF forms directly in the secure environment of SecureExchange.
In principle, a retention period of at least 10 years applies in Switzerland for documents such as business correspondence, contracts and personnel, social security and payroll files. The periods vary for Germany; an overview can be found here. For detailed information, please refer to the official information on the respective legislation.
SecureExchange does not currently have an integrated, automatic solution to support compliance with these deadlines.
