Your journey to joining DSwiss: Our application process
Curious about what happens after you apply? Here's a breakdown of our step-by-step hiring process, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Review & Initial Contact
Once you submit your application, our People team will review your profile. If your experience aligns with the role, you'll hear from us promptly to schedule an initial phone screening.
Step 2: First Interview
In your first interview, we'll dive deeper into the role and discuss how your background aligns with the position. This conversation will take place via video call, so we can get to know each other better and ensure it's a great fit for both sides.
Step 3: Second Interview
If the first interview goes well, we'll arrange a second round. Depending on your location, this may be an in-person meeting or another video call. This interview is a bit more in-depth and focuses on your skills, experience, and how you can contribute to our team.
Step 4: Skill Assessment
For some roles, we might include a skill assessment. This could involve case studies or even a taster day to give you a better idea of what working at DSwiss is like.
Step 5: Reference & Diploma Check
Before making things official, we'll ask for two references and a copy of your diploma as a final formality.
Step 6: The Offer
If everything looks great, we'll send you an offer to join the DSwiss family. We can't wait to welcome you!
